The company has its own in testing lab equipped with Optical Emission Spectrometer for Analysis of the Samples/Ingots to monitor the raw material, quality, the composition of the molten metal in the furnace and quality of the final alloy ingots along with Sample preparation machine. The operation parameters are closely monitored to ensure best quality products to fulfill customers’ requirements as per their specification to ensure that the customer gets the best for value paid
Chemistry Integrity
The alloy chemistry of aluminum has value. Our ability to maintain the alloy integrity of the material we receive and process is important to reduce the possibility of contamination and alloy degradation. At Samarth we have advanced German built Spectro machine to test the chemical composition of Alloy. Further we have the capability to blend various alloys of scrap to make alloys our customers require. This allows customers to craft the metal according to desired shape. We produce on primary low FE alloys, for GDC castings and secondary alloys for PDC. This requires, experience, systems and furnace capabilities that many of our competitors do not have.
Microstructure Test
Samarth metal corporation is 100% dedicated to attaining the highest possible metallic aluminum recovery. Microstructure of alloy defines the capability of the metal & is the most important factor that affects the physical property of alloy. Samarth’s tolling customers rely on this ability to recover as much metal as possible from what is delivered.
Mechanical Tests
Mechanical tests are undertaken to ensure that the ingots have the right tensile strength with the appropriate hardness. There are tests carried out to test for the pressure tightness as well. If a test piece fails to meet the requirements of the mechanical tests, more test pieces which represent the same cast may be selected for retesting. We have the precise machinery and instruments required for such tests.
